Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this party, and is applied to your final bill. Your deposit may be paid with cash or major credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule and not forfeit the non-refundable deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less the $50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 48 hours of the party.

We provide ice cream for all of the children in your party; however, please bring your own cake. We are sorry, but we do not allow any other outside food/beverage items inside the amusements park with this package. You may order food through the coordinator for your party in advance.

If you are late, and would like to extend your birthday party, and there is availability, the cost will be $10.00 per 15 minutes.

Rain Policy: When it rains at the Amusement Park on the morning/afternoon of your party, you must discuss with Management your plans for the day. You have the right to cancel your party up until the start time for a 90% refund of the party total if it is raining. If there is inclement weather, but you choose to show and up until one hour into your party time you decide to cancel, there will be only a 50% refund of the party total, excluding food. After one hour into the party, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to receive any refund of the party total.

Please keep in mind that we are an outdoor amusement facility and have no control over the weather and wildlife that visits our park such as bees, pigeons and other indigenous creatures known to be in the outdoors.
