Cancellation Policy (Pirates Cove Only)

$75.00 non-refundable deposit required to guarantee reservation  Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule and not forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund less the $75 non-refundable deposit required at the time of your reservation if you notify us within 48 hours of the party.

Pete will only make an appearance if the temperature is less than 95 degrees. These areas can hold up to 100 people. You may bring all of your own decorations and your own pre-cooked food.

 If you would like to add licensed vendors such as face painters and balloon artist or anything you do not see listed please contact us at the number listed above.

KEEP IN MIND: The balance must be paid in full by the Thursday before your party.  You may come in 15 minutes earlier than party start time to set-up. No one may enter the amusement park outside of operating hours to set-up.

Rain Policy: When it rains at the Amusement Park on the morning/afternoon of your party, you must discuss with Management your plans for the day. You have the right to cancel your party up until the start time for a 90% refund of the party total if it is raining. If there is inclement weather, but you choose to show and up until one hour into your party time you decide to cancel, there will be only a 50% refund of the party total. After one hour into the party, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to receive any refund of the party total.
